Essas identifica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o para pessoas que apresentem baixo poder aquisitivo e pessoas negras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As abordagens de perfil \u00e9tnico s\u00e3o a dura realidade que vivemos, pessoas racializadas, no mundo e sendo conscientes&nbsp; que essas leis saem desde a matriz da empresa.
